Our Health and Care Academy aims to attract people into a health or care career through opportunities and supporting the development of our existing staff to create the next generation of leaders and develop a workforce that delivers the best possible care for our communities.

We work with schools and colleges to promote the 350 different roles and opportunities available within health and care. This is through a variety of opportunities;

• career fairs,
• talks from staff,
• work experience,
• mock interviews,
• employability support,
• recruitment support into apprenticeship and entry level roles,
• recruitment events

To provide these, we liaise with staff in health, care and voluntary organisations across the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System (ICS) from a variety of roles and staff groups.
